Reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis. For Group Reservations (special training, exercises, conferences etc), please email us.

Check-in time is between 2p.m. and 6 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Eligibility for Use of Army Lodging
Active Duty Military, Reserve, Retirees, DoD Civilians and dependants on official orders or on private business and their guests. Must be over 18 years of age and have a valid military or dependant ID. Government Contractors must have ILS (Individual Logistics Support) within the scope of the contract AND the contractor employee must have TESA/ASSA status under the NATO SOFA German Supplementary Agreement.
Lodging shall be provided on an equal basis, regardless of rank, race, color, religion, national origin, gender, family status or handicap.

Sunrise Start (Breakfast)
Free of charge for our guest, visitors have to pay $2.50 per person.
Weekdays: 6-9 a.m.
Weekends and Holidays: 7-10 a.m.

Pets
Pets are welcome at Grafenwoehr Lodging. Cost $3 per day per pet. There is an additional one-time, non refundable deep cleaning fee of $50.
Per Policy Letter #29 (Pets in Army Lodging), no more than two dogs or cats or combination thereof are authorized per guest unit. Other domestic pets, including goldfish, hamsters and birds may be kept in ALF. Exotic pets (for example snakes) are prohibited.
Please contact us for more information if you are bringing a pet, as pets are only allowed in our “pet-friendly” rooms. A list of local kennels is available upon request.
